Dogwood Manor offers Non-smoking rooms only. Smoking is allowed outdoors on porches. Children ages 12 and older are welcome with adult supervision at all times.  No Pets.

Check-In time is from 3 pm-6pm.  Please call if you need to check-in later than     6 p.m. so that we are aware of late arrivals.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Cancellation Policies
One night's deposit is required to confirm a reservation and will be charged to your credit card upon booking.  We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, & Discover.  For refunds, reservations must be cancelled at least 10 (ten) days in advance.  If you cancel with nine days or less notice, the full amount of your stay will be charged if the room cannot be rebooked.  There will be a $25.00 fee on all cancellations.

  Changes in date are considered the same as a cancellation.  We realize that sometimes changes cannot be avoided and if you are able to rebook your stay within thirty days, we will credit the $25.00 fee to that stay.

Liability Release

Guests are advised that personal items lost or stolen are not the responsibility of the owner. Guest will be solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal valuables during their visit. The entrance and exit doors at Dogwood Manor remain locked at all times. Each guest will be given a key at check-in.  In addition, Agent and Owner shall be held harmless from all claims or causes of actions arising from the rental and occupation of the residence by Guest.
